The following are a few excerpts from the prophetic word given to Wyoming through Dutch Sheets and Chuck Pierce in April of 2004. Keep in mind these are only excerpts from a series of meetings. God has a word for us tonight. He says, “I know the cost which you have paid. I know the price that it has been. And tonight I want you to put your sack cloth underneath you. I want you to stand on top of it, and I want you to declare that the price I’ve paid will not be for nothing. We will see the harvest come in. We will see the rain released. And we will see it in the physical too. And it will not be for nothing.”

“I need for the people, My people in Wyoming to know that they have a loud voice in the Spirit. That they have significance.”

He wanted you to know that your size, your population, is not significant in the Spirit. Your voice is, and that you carry as much weight in the Spirit as any other state or any other city any place in the nation... . If you will begin to come together even more your voice is going to make a loud rumble in the heavens. Not just for Wyoming but for this nation.

The warrior spirit of Gideon is on this state. Well, David was a warrior wasn’t he? Some of you when I said that, you are not sure that’s true. You know God. There is something in this state. And now I’m speaking prophetically. There is something in this state, the people in this state, there is a gifting. There is a spiritual DNA that is hidden, that has not yet been seen by most people. It is something that God is about to resurrect, it is a warrior spirit that is in the very, the very roots of this land. This, the people of this region, this area. Probably goes back to the native people I imagine. There is a warrior spirit that God is about to tap into in this state that is going to make a difference in this nation.
